Position: Regional Sales Manager – Tamil Nadu Company: Sabari Retail India Private Limited – American Tourister Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across Tamil Nadu. This pivotal leadership role involves driving regional sales growth, managing a high-performing team, and expanding our brand presence across the state. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all sales operations in Tamil Nadu. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed regional targets. Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and channel partners. Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activities to capitalize on growth opportunities. Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership. Travel extensively within Tamil Nadu to support team performance and sales initiatives. Candidate Profile: Gender: Male Experience: Minimum of 10 years in sales, preferably within the retail or luggage industry. Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results. Must be currently residing in Coimbatore.
