Key Responsibilities

• Handle cold calling and client outreach to identify potential customers for share recovery and unclaimed investment services.
• Build trust and relationships with clients through consistent follow-ups and effective communication.
• Work efficiently on CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and calling software to manage leads and maintain records.
• Identify and nurture qualified leads, ensuring a smooth sales process from inquiry to closure.
• Understand client needs, explain services clearly, and assist them through the process.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the team’s monthly and quarterly goals.
• Generate referrals and new leads through strong networking and relationship-building.
• Conduct online and face-to-face meetings confidently with clients.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development / Sales – preferably in financial services, education, or consulting sectors.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
• Strong understanding or interest in share market, unclaimed investments, and IEPF claim processes.
• Confident, polite, and target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
• Graduate in any stream (Commerce or Finance background preferred).
