Position:

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and target potential clients (coaching centers, individual educators, schools, colleges, universities).
Client Engagement:
Present product offerings via meetings, demos, webinars, and calls.
Consultative Selling:
Understand client needs and offer tailored EdTech solutions for test prep, testing, and assessment.
Conversion & Closure:
Manage negotiations, follow-ups, and deal closures.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong post-sale relationships to drive renewals and upselling.
Reporting & Tracking:
Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor sales metrics, and report weekly/monthly progress to the Sales Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any stream (MBA preferred).
1–3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in EdTech or SaaS.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a strong results orientation.
Tech-savvy, with the ability to conduct basic product demos.
Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Background

Experience with EdTech tools such as Classplus, TestFunda, BYJU’S, Unacademy, or similar platforms.
B2B sales experience targeting educators, coaching institutes, or academic institutions.
