About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    Identify and target potential clients (coaching centers, individual educators, schools, colleges, universities).
  • Client Engagement:

    Present product offerings via meetings, demos, webinars, and calls.
  • Consultative Selling:

    Understand client needs and offer tailored EdTech solutions for test prep, testing, and assessment.
  • Conversion & Closure:

    Manage negotiations, follow-ups, and deal closures.
  • Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong post-sale relationships to drive renewals and upselling.
  • Reporting & Tracking:

    Maintain accurate CRM records, monitor sales metrics, and report weekly/monthly progress to the Sales Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream (MBA preferred).
  • 1–3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in EdTech or SaaS.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong results orientation.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to conduct basic product demos.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Background

  • Experience with EdTech tools such as Classplus, TestFunda, BYJU’S, Unacademy, or similar platforms.
  • B2B sales experience targeting educators, coaching institutes, or academic institutions.
