Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Dwarka. We’re seeking a dynamic, emotionally intelligent Sales Executive to champion our offline retail presence. This role blends relationship-building, brand storytelling, and strategic sales execution to drive in-store conversions, expand our retail footprint, and create memorable customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Drive offline sales across retail outlets, pop-ups, and partner stores
Build strong relationships with store managers, staff, and local influencers
Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand aesthetics and seasonal campaigns
Educate customers on product features, fit, and brand philosophy
Collect feedback and insights to refine in-store strategies and customer experience
Support activations, festive campaigns, and community engagement events
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for timely replenishment
Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance metrics

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage customer relationships and provide after-sales support
Proficiency in preparing sales reports and meeting sales targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the industry or related field is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
