Sales Executive – Full Sales Cycle

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Sales Executive to manage the complete sales process—from identifying prospects to closing deals. The ideal candidate is confident, goal-oriented, and thrives in building and maintaining client relationships while consistently meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication
  • Manage and track the full sales pipeline
  • Analyze market trends and identify competitive advantages
  • Monitor key metrics to ensure performance goals are achieved

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus
