Sales Executive cum Rider Coordinator

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive cum Rider Coordinator at BIGWING, your main responsibility is to drive sales, maintain customer relationships, and oversee rider operations. This role involves a combination of field sales tasks and operational coordination to ensure seamless customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell automobile products, accessories, and services to both individual and corporate clients. - Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets effectively. - Address customer inquiries and offer suitable product recommendations. - Cultivate strong customer relationships to foster repeat business. - Conduct test drives, explain product features, and assist customers with financing and documentation. - Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and coordinate promotional activities. - Maintain accurate sales records and compile periodic sales reports. Rider Coordination Responsibilities: - Plan, assign, and supervise rider schedules for vehicle deliveries, pick-ups, and other service tasks. - Ensure riders adhere to company policies, dress code, and service standards. - Monitor daily rider activities, route efficiency, and fuel consumption. - Manage rider attendance, performance evaluations, and disciplinary matters. - Coordinate among sales, service, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and smooth operations. - Keep records of delivery status, vehicle movements, and rider performance. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Capability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. - Possession of a valid driving license (two/four-wheeler preferred).
