Sales Executive cum Rider Coordinator

The Sales Executive cum Rider Coordinator is responsible for generating sales, maintaining customer relationships, and managing rider (delivery/field staff) operations. The role combines field sales activities with operational coordination to ensure smooth customer

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell automobile products, accessories, and services to individual and corporate clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Conduct test drives, explain product features, and assist customers with financing and documentation.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit periodic sales reports.

Rider Coordination Responsibilities:

• Plan, assign, and monitor rider schedules for vehicle deliveries, pick-ups, and other service tasks.
• Ensure riders follow company policies, dress code, and customer service standards.
• Track daily rider activities, route efficiency, and fuel usage.
• Handle rider attendance, performance, and disciplinary issues.
• Coordinate between sales, service, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and smooth operations.
• Maintain records of delivery status, vehicle movements, and rider performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid driving license (two/four-wheeler preferred).
