Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering products to customers safely and on time while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Pick up and deliver items to customers in a timely and professional manner. Ensure the safe handling of products during transit. Verify delivery details such as address, contact information, and order accuracy. Collect payments (if applicable) and provide receipts to customers. Maintain delivery logs and update order status using mobile apps or delivery software. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, team members, and customers. Follow company protocols and traffic regulations for safety. Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the delivery vehicle (if company-provided). Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if applicable). Prior experience in delivery or logistics is preferred but not mandatory. Good communication and customer service skills. Basic smartphone usage knowledge (for tracking and communication apps).
