Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable and responsible Delivery Executive to deliver our products to customers on time. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and safe delivery, maintain customer satisfaction, and handle payments properly. The role requires good time management, customer interaction skills, and basic knowledge of delivery processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Deliver customer orders accurately and on time

* Plan delivery routes efficiently to ensure timely delivery

* Check product quantity and quality before dispatch

* Handle customer payments (cash/UPI) and ensure proper handover

* Communicate politely and professionally with customers

* Safely handle delivery bags and products

* Follow company procedures, rules, and safety guidelines

* Maintain delivery logs and basic records as required

Skills & Requirements

* Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Any Degree

* Valid two-wheeler driving license

* Good native communication and customer service skills

* Knowledge of local routes and areas

* Responsible, punctual, and disciplined

* Ability to use smartphones and navigation apps (Google Maps)

* Physically fit to handle daily delivery activities

Additional Requirements

* Own two-wheeler (incentive and fuel allowance will be provided)

* Availability for morning or flexible shifts
