Vaishali Fabrics is a Kolkata- and Chennai-based organisation specialising in the supply of high-quality bag lining, wallet lining, and related material. Our materials are sourced from multiple states across India, and we work closely with manufacturers, wholesalers, and corporate clients.

Role Summary:
We are seeking a responsible, organised, and customer-focused individual to support day-to-day operational activities. The role involves coordination with customers, handling banking tasks, and managing material samples. The position requires field visits, timely communication, and efficient task execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fill out bank cheques accurately and visit the bank for deposit or related work.
• Deliver product samples to customers as required.
• Collect samples from customers and ensure proper documentation and handover.
• Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners regarding incoming materials from other states.
• Maintain basic records of daily operations and customer interactions.
• Support administrative tasks assigned by the office.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of banking procedures.
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Willingness to travel locally for customer and bank visits.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a sense of responsibility.
