Sales Executive

What You'll Do

• Handle incoming leads from our internal database
• Speak to prospective students, explain course details, and resolve queries
• Guide them through the enrollment journey with confidence and clarity
• Follow up consistently and maintain accurate lead records
• Collaborate with trainers and the operations team for smooth onboarding
• Meet monthly enrollment targets and contribute to academy growth

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent verbal communication skills (

  Good English is a must

  )
• A confident personality with a

  student-first mindset

• Ability to

  guide, follow up, and convert

  leads into enrollments
• Organized and disciplined with

  daily reporting habits

• Comfortable using

  email, Google Sheets, and CRM tools

• Prior experience in

  student counselling or sales

  is preferred
