Inside Sales Executive (Admissions)

  • Handling incoming leads from Instagram campaigns, website enquiries, and walk-ins.
  • Engaging with potential students and explaining how Cruise Lens Academy can transform their career.
  • Closing admissions by guiding students and their families through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead Management:

    Handle all incoming leads from social media campaigns, website enquiries, referrals, and local walk-ins.
  • Counseling & Admissions:

    Communicate with prospective students and families, explain courses, and guide them through admission formalities.
  • Follow-Ups & Conversions:

    Consistently follow up with interested leads and convert them into confirmed admissions.
  • Reporting & Tracking:

    Maintain lead data, track daily activities, and submit admission reports.
  • Coordination:

    Work closely with the operations and training team for smooth student onboarding and batch scheduling.
  • Target Achievement:

    Consistently achieve or exceed monthly admission targets while maintaining student satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
  • Excellent communication & persuasion skills in

    English and Hindi

    (Konkani/Marathi is a plus).
  • 1–2 years of experience

    in sales, telecalling, or admissions (education, EdTech, or training sector preferred).
  • Freshers with confidence and strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to handle targets, manage objections, and close deals effectively.
  • Energetic, student-focused, and eager to grow with a dynamic startup environment.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to

    Mapusa, Goa

    ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience).
