Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing student admissions.
  • Take ownership of lead conversion and ensure consistent achievement of targets.
  • Collaborate with and oversee the social media handling team to align sales with marketing efforts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while representing CLA with professionalism.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance to identify areas for improvement.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development (preferably in education, training, or service industries).
  • Strong skills in closing deals and handling client interactions.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to manage a team and coordinate between departments.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
