Collaborate with and oversee the social media handling team to align sales with marketing efforts.
Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads and maximize sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while representing CLA with professionalism.
Track, analyze, and report on sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales and business development (preferably in education, training, or service industries).
Strong skills in closing deals and handling client interactions.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Ability to manage a team and coordinate between departments.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
