As our Industrial Specialties business looks to deliver its ambitious strategy of growth, we are looking for a Sales Executive to join our organisation to lead the Sales efforts for Textile auxiliaries & Fiber Finishing product lines.Reporting into the Industry Manager of our Industrial Specialties business, you will develop & maintain profitable sales for Textile Auxiliaries and Fiber Finish business in the western region of the country and negotiate best possible commercial agreements with customersWho We’re Looking For

Degree qualified in Textile Chemistry with a master’s in business.Extensive experience in managing sales for Textile Auxiliaries and Finishing Technologies.Must have formidable commercial acumen, negotiating Skills and tenacity to drive growth.Creative and tenacious with good planning and problem-solving skills.What You’ll Be Doing
Be part of a team that values diversity, sustainability, and continuous innovation, where your ideas and contributions matter. Develop new business by identifying potential sales opportunities and following up on new leads and sample requests. Negotiate the best achievable commercial agreements and implement short-term plans for product sales. Achieve sales targets in line with business, marketing, and pricing policies. Report promptly on business (C4C reports) in the designated Western India market, identifying threats or opportunities as they arise. Implement improvement plans within own area. Carry out activities such as new business development, new product promotion, and assess market applications of Fiber Finish products. Visit customers across Western India to explain, promote, and recommend Croda’s Fiber Finish products, and provide technical support. Coordinate projects and development work with customers. Liaise with all necessary functions to ensure all requirements are fulfilled from order receipt to cash collection. Update sales forecasts as required. Ensure all customer issues and complaints are resolved within the relevant system and responses are communicated back to the customer. Assist in the promotion of new and existing products by undertaking marketing projects and conducting bulk trials, as directed by sales management.
