Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate, responsible and proactive Store In-charge with a 1–3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail sales, preferably in Tea-based sales, and be able to manage and oversee daily store operations for our Delhi ChaiChun Boutique Store, such as – driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring the store meets brand standards along with a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a good understanding of our tea and tea-based products, including origins and brewing methods, to assist customers and drive sales.
• Support the Store In-charge and work collaboratively with the Department Head to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in daily store operations such as inventory handling, stock replenishment, and maintaining store hygiene.
• Report stock levels, damages, and shortages promptly and accurately.
• Engage with customers and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.
• Maintain basic sales records and perform entry-level data tasks using Excel or similar tools.
• Ensure the store adheres to brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Participate in in-store promotions, tea tastings, and customer engagement activities.
• Prepare simple sales and performance updates as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in Retail Store management or a similar Retail role.
• Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer use for Daily Input and Audit related works.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to take initiative, follow instructions, and stay accountable.
• Presentable grooming and professional behavior.

• Adaptable to store needs and flexible with shifts.
• Eagerness to grow and take on new responsibilities.
