Store In-charge

Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate, responsible and proactive Store In-charge with a 1–3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail sales, preferably in Tea-based sales, and be able to manage and oversee daily store operations for our Delhi ChaiChun Boutique Store, such as – driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring the store meets brand standards along with a customer-first mindset. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop a deep understanding of our own Tea and Tea-based products, origins, and brewing methods to assist customers and train future staffs. 2. Coordinate closely and professionally with the Department Head to ensure smooth workflows and operations. 3. Oversee and manage daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and cleanliness, to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. 4. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of stock levels, damages, or shortages. 5. Analyse sales data and customer feedback to optimize store performance. 6. Supervise and support store staff in their duties, ensuring performance standards are met. 7. Maintain regular sales records and perform entry-level tasks using Excel or similar tools. 8. Monitor and ensure store compliance with company standards and policies. 9. Organize in-store promotions, tastings, and customer engagement activities. 10. Prepare daily/weekly sales and performance reports. Required Skills and Qualifications: 1. 1–3 years of experience in Retail Store management or a similar Retail role. 2. Fluent in English and Hindi – both written and spoken. 3. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer operations is required. 4. Strong conversational skills and a customer-friendly approach. 5. Ability to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision and demonstrate accountability. 6. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation. Preferred Qualities: 1.
