About the Role We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Store In-Charge to oversee end-to-end store opera ons, drive sales, and deliver a premium shopping experience to Haveli’s guests. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a keen eye for style, and proven retail management experience. Key Responsibilities Store Operations & Administration Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and visual merchandising. Maintain store ambience and presentation standards aligned with the brand’s aesthetics. Manage inventory, replenishment, and periodic stock audits. Ensure compliance with store SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards. Sales & Client Experience Drive sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experience. Build long-term client relationships through personalized styling and service. Handle customer feedback, returns, and issue resolution efficiently. Collaborate with marketing and design teams on in-store activations and launches. Reporting & Analysis Track and report daily/weekly sales performance, footfall, and conversion metrics. Provide insights on fast-moving items, customer preferences, and stock trends. Support management in planning promotional and inventory strategies.
