Role Overview

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
Present Cartmint’s outsourcing solutions to potential clients in a clear and compelling way.
Understand client needs and propose tailored service packages.
Maintain and update the CRM with lead status, follow-ups, and client interactions.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience in
B2B sales
, preferably in outsourcing/BPO/SaaS services.
Strong communication and negotiation skills (English fluency required).
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Familiarity with sales tools like CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple prospects simultaneously.
