You’ll manage onboarding, daily coordination, feedback, and relationship nurturing with clients who outsource customer support, back-office, and trust & safety functions to Destino. Your role is not to sell — it’s to ensure excellent client experience , help solve operational blockers, and make sure our daily billing model runs smoothly. Communicate daily with U.S. clients over email, Zoom/Google Meet, Slack, etc. Understand client requirements and translate them into internal SOPs and briefings for operations team Coordinate onboarding, agent assignments, reporting, and feedback cycles Troubleshoot client queries and ensure smooth service delivery Maintain CRM or tracking tools (e.g., Monday, Zoho, HubSpot) Send daily performance summaries and weekly feedback reports Build strong, long-term client relationships with a focus on transparency and trust Work with internal QA, training, and project teams to resolve issues quickly Excellent spoken and written English (neutral accent required) 2–4 years experience in BPO client management, account handling, or customer success — preferably with U.S. clients Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Zoom Tech-friendly and quick to learn CRM, reporting, and workflow tools Ability to handle pressure, time-sensitive requests, and client expectations Experience in startups or flexible outsourcing setups Familiarity with U.S. business culture and time zones Knowledge of BPO service verticals like Customer Support, Back-Office, Trust & Safety Competitive monthly salary (based on experience) + performance bonuses Paid training and onboarding Opportunity to grow into Client Success Lead or Ops Head Work with a fast-growing, innovative BPO with global clients Remote work flexibility
