Sales Executive / Business Development Manager (Trainee)

As a Sales / Business Development Trainee, you’ll be trained in selling SaaS (Software as a Service) products, understanding client requirements, demonstrating our software, and closing deals. You’ll work closely with senior managers and gain hands-on experience in client handling, lead generation, and business communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and execute lead generation strategies (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, etc.)
• Conduct product demos and presentations for clients (training provided)
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable RealKeeper software solutions
• Follow up with prospects to close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain lead data and reports in CRM
• Support senior sales executives in daily operations and client meetings
• Develop strong understanding of manufacturing industry and software features
• Deliver excellent customer service to retain clients and encourage referrals
