About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to US-based prospects to promote our training and staffing programs.
  • Generate leads, follow up with interested clients/candidates, and convert them into successful enrollments or placements.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (training, operations, and placement) to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of communication, leads, and conversions in CRM tools.
  • Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
  • Provide timely feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and processes.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 1–7 years of experience in

    sales, business development, client engagement, or recruitment/staffing roles

    .
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong ability to

    pitch services, negotiate effectively, and close deals

    .
  • Comfortable working

    night shifts

    and handling international calls.
  • Prior experience in

    US or international markets

    is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
