Part-Time Payroll Specialist – U.S. Payroll (Remote, India)

About the Role:

Payroll Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle

  U.S. payroll processing

  from setup to execution, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain compliance with

  U.S. federal and state payroll laws

  , tax regulations, and wage/hour requirements.
• Handle

  employee onboarding and offboarding processes

  , ensuring smooth payroll integration.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience

  in U.S. payroll management.
• Hands-on experience using any

  U.S. payroll software

  (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Gusto, etc.).
• Strong understanding of

  U.S. payroll laws, tax compliance, benefits administration

  , and wage/hour regulations.
• Exceptional

  attention to detail

  , accuracy, and timeliness.
• High level of

  integrity, discretion, and confidentiality

  .
• Excellent

  written and verbal communication skills

  .

• Self-motivated

  , proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Comfortable with

  frequent interaction and coordination

  with U.S.-based employees.
• Coordinate with U.S.-based teams and employees for payroll queries and issue resolution.
• Manage payroll data, deductions, and benefits with high accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ensure timely submission of payroll reports and filings.
