  • Support the functional analysis of Oracle HCM Payroll legislative updates.
  • Assist in preparing functional specifications, test plans, and payroll documentation.
  • Help with running, validating, and troubleshooting payroll processes.
  • Provide support for year-end payroll activities and compliance reporting (W-2, W-4, PFML, SUI/SIT, etc.).
  • Perform basic XML report reviews and assist with data extraction.
  • Provide back-end functional support for U.S. HR/Payroll processes in coordination with our consultant.
  • Familiarity with Canadian Payroll and EBS Financials (1099, Depreciation) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle EBS HR/Payroll configurations across multiple versions.
  • Flexible working model – compensation can be hourly, per task, or monthly, based on engagement.
