1. Sales Consultant / Sales ExecutivePrimary Role: Frontline salesperson responsible for engaging customers and closing vehicle sales. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles Conduct product demonstrations and test drives Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, financing, and warranty options Prepare quotes and negotiate terms to close sales Follow up with potential leads and maintain customer relationships Complete sales paperwork and ensure proper documentation Stay updated on new models, features, promotions, and competitor offerings 2. Senior Sales ConsultantPrimary Role: Support the sales team through mentorship and handle high-value customers. Key Responsibilities: Mentor junior sales staff and provide training Manage complex negotiations and high-profile clients Assist in reaching overall dealership sales targets Offer product knowledge leadership within the team Support showroom operations and customer service standards 3. Sales Manager / Showroom ManagerPrimary Role: Lead the sales team and manage day-to-day sales operations. Key Responsibilities: Set sales targets and monitor team performance Develop sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns Oversee pricing policies, discount approvals, and negotiations Conduct daily briefings and ongoing training Maintain customer satisfaction metrics and resolve escalations Coordinate with marketing, finance, and service departments Prepare sales reports and analyze market trends 4. Business Development Executive (BDE)Primary Role: Generate leads and expand the dealership’s customer base. Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities and partnerships Manage outbound calls, field visits, and lead generation activities Organize promotional events, roadshows, and corporate sales drives Maintain CRM databases and track conversions Support digital marketing initiatives to attract customers 5. Finance & Insurance (F&I) ManagerPrimary Role: Facilitate customer financing and sell value-added products. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with loan applications and coordinate with banks Explain financing options, EMI plans, and insurance packages Upsell value-added products (extended warranty, service plans, accessories) Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and documentation requirements Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions 6. Customer Relations Executive (CRE)Primary Role: Enhance the customer experience before, during, and after the sale. Key Responsibilities: Conduct post-sale follow-ups and satisfaction surveys Handle complaints and ensure quick resolution Coordinate vehicle delivery ceremonies Maintain customer service standards and loyalty programs Support retention, referrals, and CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) goals
