Job Description

Senior Sales & Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition:

    Identify and onboard new clients across targeted industry segments to expand the customer base.
  • Freight Rate Negotiation:

    Secure competitive freight and transport rates through strategic negotiation with vendors and partners.
  • Route Optimization & Sales:

    Design efficient delivery and sales routes to reduce cost and improve turnaround times.
  • Market Development:

    Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and expand presence in high-growth areas.
  • Revenue Growth:

    Drive top-line growth through strategic sales initiatives and customer retention efforts.
  • Key Account Management:

    Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Logistics & Transportation Solutions:

    Develop end-to-end logistics solutions tailored to client needs, including multimodal transportation.
  • Strategic Planning:

    Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans to meet business objectives.
  • Team Leadership:

    Mentor and lead a team of sales and operations professionals to deliver high performance.
  • Invoicing & Payment Follow-ups:

    Oversee accurate invoicing processes and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments.
