We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales & Logistics Manager to lead client acquisition, optimize sales routes, negotiate freight rates, and drive revenue growth across our logistics and transportation operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in logistics sales, strategic market development, and key account management within the industrial sector. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients across targeted industry segments to expand the customer base. Freight Rate Negotiation: Secure competitive freight and transport rates through strategic negotiation with vendors and partners. Route Optimization & Sales: Design efficient delivery and sales routes to reduce cost and improve turnaround times. Market Development: Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and expand presence in high-growth areas. Revenue Growth: Drive top-line growth through strategic sales initiatives and customer retention efforts. Key Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business. Logistics & Transportation Solutions: Develop end-to-end logistics solutions tailored to client needs, including multimodal transportation. Strategic Planning: Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans to meet business objectives. Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of sales and operations professionals to deliver high performance. Invoicing & Payment Follow-ups: Oversee accurate invoicing processes and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments. Key Skills & Competencies: Expertise in freight rate negotiation and logistics sales Strong client acquisition and market penetration skills Solid understanding of transportation and logistics solutions Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Proficiency in strategic planning and forecasting Hands-on experience with invoicing and collections processes Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA preferred) 10+ years of experience in logistics/supply chain sales or business development.
