Job Description

The Sales Executive will identify and secure new business opportunities, strengthen relationships with existing clients, and promote our engineering solutions prioritising energy efficiency and operational savings. Key Responsibilities Sales Business Development: Identify new sales opportunities, understand product offerings, and conduct market research. Client Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships, provide technical insights, and conduct regular follow-ups. Technical Consultative Selling: Present products, conduct demonstrations, and prepare customised proposals focusing on energy conservation and sustainable engineering. Reporting Analytics: Track and report sales performance, monitor competitors, and provide feedback for improvement. Collaboration Coordination: Work closely with service engineers, operations, and marketing for seamless project execution and promotions. Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) (Preferable). 2+ years of experience in industrial equipment sales, ideally compressed air solutions. Strong technical knowledge and consultative selling skills. Excellent communication and a proven track record of meeting targets. Skills Competencies Customer-centric with strong relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented. Strong problem-solving abilities.
