Job Description

Client communication over e-mail
Receive and process sales orders, ensuring all details are accurate.
Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery.
Track the status of orders and communicate progress to both the sales team and customers.
Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and order updates.
Provide customers with quotations, product availability, and delivery timelines.
Handle any complaints, returns, or product quality issues in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain and update sales records, including Filing.
Ensure all sales-related documentation (invoices, delivery notes, contracts) is accurate and up-to-date.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure order accuracy and timely dispatch.
Coordinate with the accounts team for customer payment terms, invoicing, and follow-ups.
Submit accurate sales report within set deadlines with 100% document accuracy.

Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Background
: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.
E Mail
: Expected to draft & reply e-Mails and customer communication over mails in English
Experience
: 1 - 3 years of experience in sales or related roles.
Technical Skills
: Good command in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power point)
Communication Skills
: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi languages.
Interpersonal Skills
: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and internal coordination.
Time Management
: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Net surfing: Good knowledge of using social media and Google
