Role & responsibilities Take attendance from field through CBO/SFA software those are not updated day plan as per company norms send mail to line managers for their availability in field. Field expense checking accordingly standard fare chart and daily work analysis report. Sales data prepare as per receiving of sales format from field Product wise H.Q. wise, Area wise and Region wise. As per management require from software as well as excel soft copy format received from field. New stockiest ID open in software after receiving proper document from filed and getting approval from management. Stockiest lock or unlock work done as per approval received from management. Take stock management report from distribution department and place orders of products. Follow-up for pending orders. Checking of the field expenses as per norms of the company. Entry in System for linking stockiest (i.e. Marketing Tree) Downloading of Primary sales data from online reporting system at end of every month. Preparing Rupee value Incentives on Monthly & Half yearly on basis of primary sales. Making CRM entries & keeping track of the same. Downloading Primary sales thru system & preparing Monthly Primary & Secondary Sales Report. HQ wise reports were also prepared on Primary & Secondary Preparing Incentives which includes Rupee Value Incentive on monthly, quarterly ½ yearly basis. Brand incentives on basis of Monthly, Quarterly& Half Yearly basis. Making GRN entries for gift samples & printing stationery of products. Updating of Doctor List, Chemist List. Stockiest Mapping in system.
