Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to generate business opportunities and drive revenue growth in HVAC contracting. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a basic understanding of HVAC systems, and the ability to develop and maintain client relationships across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HVAC sector (commercial, industrial, residential).
  • Generate leads through market research, networking, and site visits.
  • Present company capabilities, products, and services to clients and consultants.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable HVAC solutions in coordination with the technical team.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and negotiate to close deals.
  • Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and report to management.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline tracking.
  • Coordinate with estimation, design, and execution teams to ensure smooth handover and project kickoff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of sales/business development experience, preferably in HVAC/MEP/building services industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Basic technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with tendering processes, BOQ-based proposals, and consultant engagement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and documentation.
  • Existing network with builders, architects, PMC, or facility managers is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
