Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive (Accounts Background)Location: Delhi Company : Adansa Solution Pvt Ltd Department: Sales & Business Development Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Head   Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with an Accounts background to join our team. The candidate will leverage their accounting knowledge to effectively communicate with clients, understand their financial needs, and promote our products/services. This role requires a blend of financial expertise and sales acumen to build strong client relationships and drive revenue growth.   Key Responsibilities:· Identify and develop new business opportunities by reaching out to prospective clients. · Maintain and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. · Understand client requirements with an accounts/finance perspective and recommend suitable products/services. · Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements in coordination with the accounts team. · Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned. · Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM. · Collaborate with the accounts and finance department for billing, collections, and resolving client queries. · Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities. · Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and presentations.   Key Skills & Competencies:· Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GST, TDS, invoicing, billing, etc.). · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to understand financial data and explain commercial terms to clients. · Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. · Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). · Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.   Qualification & Experience:· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounts / Finance or related field. · 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development. · Prior experience in accounts or finance will be a strong advantage.
