About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Support Executive to join our Support Team for RealBooks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries, providing product assistance, and ensuring a smooth user experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide prompt support to customers via calls, emails, and chat. Resolve user issues related to RealBooks software. Guide customers on product features, modules, and functionality. Coordinate with the technical team for escalated issues and ensure timely resolution. Maintain logs of customer interactions and update tickets in the support system. Assist in onboarding new clients and provide basic product training. Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve product performance. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in B.com. Candidate must be responsible. 1–3 years of experience in customer support or technical support (preferred). Basic understanding of accounting concepts (preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written). Ability to handle customer queries professionally and patiently. Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues. Knowledge of RealBooks or similar accounting software will be an added advantage.
