Position Overview:

We are hiring an experienced FPS Sales & Tendering Professional to manage end-to-end sales,

costing, and estimation activities for Fire Protection Systems in large-scale MEP projects. The role

involves working on technical bids, vendor coordination, pricing strategies, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze RFQs, tender documents, fire system drawings, technical specs, and contractual

clauses (GCC/SCC).

• Prepare FPS cost estimations, BOQs, and comprehensive techno-commercial offers.

• Develop and submit value engineering solutions for cost-effective project delivery.

• Manage vendor quotations, negotiations, and proposal documentation.

• Coordinate with internal design, procurement, and project execution teams.

• Use ERP/SAP systems for order booking, costing, and project handover processes.

• Maintain profitability by ensuring accurate pricing and margins.

• Track market trends, gather competitor intelligence, and maintain strong client relationships.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

Basic: B.E/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

.

Experience:

8 - 12 years in FPS Sales

Skills:

• Expertise in FPS sales, especially in special projects (e.g., Metro, Data Centres, Healthcare).

Strong knowledge of technical documentation and costing.

• Strong knowledge of fire safety standards (e.g., NBC, NFPA, IS codes)

• Proficiency in estimation and costing for wet (hydrant/sprinkler) & gas-based systems

• Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP tools

• Excellent communication, documentation, and client handling skills
