Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify and generate leads with Industrial (Pharma, Food and other cleanroom), Commercial(IT, Office, Data centres etc) and Infrastructure(Airports, Metros etc) Buildings.
Prospect and Identify opportunities by analysing Customer needs and propose suitable solutions from Consergys Basket of Solution.
Build rapport with clients and maintain relationships with Key personnel
Follow the internal sales processes as established by the company
Make presentations and give demo of our services
Work together with our Market Channel partners to convert their relationships to lead orders for us.
Solve any technical queries or concerns raised by customers
Negotiate and close Commercial Deals.
Provide feedback for Product Additions and enhancements.

Preferred candidate profile

Extensive experience in hardcore industrial sales, with a strong track record of delivering results across various sectors.
Comprehensive exposure to diverse industries, including food processing, pharmaceuticals, beverages, and clean room environments.
Proficient in dealer and channel partner management, with hands-on experience in driving performance and strengthening relationships.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective client engagement and internal collaboration.
Willing to travel extensively based on business requirements and customer needs.
