Location: ITOLA Key Responsibilities for logistic Officer: Planning and Execution: Project Planning: Develop and execute logistics plans to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods. Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate transportation and warehousing activities to meet deadlines. Execution: Oversee the execution of logistics plans and ensure they are followed effectively. 2. Transportation Management: Coordination: Coordinate with carriers and other logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation. Tracking: Monitor the movement of goods and provide updates to stakeholders. 3. Inventory Management: Monitoring: Monitor inventory levels in the warehouse and ensure sufficient stock to meet demand. Optimization: Implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize carrying costs. Control: Control inventory movement and ensure accurate record-keeping. 4. Supply Chain Management: Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to optimize the supply chain. Collaboration: Work with other departments (e.g., procurement, warehousing, sales) to improve supply chain efficiency. Problem-Solving: Address logistics challenges and find effective solutions to ensure seamless supply chain operations. 5. Customer Relations: Communication: Maintain open communication with customers and address their inquiries. Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues related to logistics operations in a timely and effective manner. 6. Compliance and Regulations: Regulations: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards. Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to logistics activities. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: B.com / B.Sc in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with some managerial experience preferred.
