Role & Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets consistently as per defined timelines — monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly.
• Submit weekly reports on time.
• Service existing accounts, generate new business, and establish new accounts through effective planning and daily work scheduling.
• Engage with End Users, EPCs, Consultants, OEMs, and clients from sectors such as Oil & Gas and Pharma.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay updated with current industry developments.
• Submit sales inquiries promptly to the Application Engineer.
• Generate new leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of area-wise and customer-wise sales activities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for customers.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Exhibit strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
