Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to technical, operational, and process-related customer queries via email.
• Troubleshoot issues using your engineering know-how and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Engineering to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain ticketing system records and ensure SLA compliance.
• Contribute to internal knowledge base and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc. in

  Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical

  , or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in

  technical/customer support

  or

  operations

  .
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CRMs and cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic scripting/debugging exposure.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, collaboration platforms, or technical documentation.
• Flexibility for shift-based or time-zone-sensitive support.
