Operations Manager – Automation Sector

📍 Location:  Itola, Vadodara, Gujarat

🧠 Experience: 8+ years


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage operations: production, installation, commissioning, and support.
  • Drive process improvements (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Ensure on-time, within-budget project delivery.
  • Handle resource planning and supplier coordination.
  • Maintain client communication and satisfaction.
  • Track KPIs and operational performance.


Requirements:

  • MBA in Operations.
  • 8+ years in operations (preferably automation sector).
  • Strong leadership, planning, and vendor management skills.
  • Proven efficiency improvement record.
