Key Job Responsibilities: - Sales and Business Development of HVAC, Air Purification Products and Engineering products in B2B-Corporate and Institutional Sales. Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team goals. Monitor sales performance and implement improvement plans as needed.
