Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Technical Sales & Marketing Engineer to promote manufacturing products and solutions. The role involves understanding customer technical requirements, generating new business, and supporting sales growth through effective technical and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers in the manufacturing sector
• Handle technical sales inquiries and prepare techno-commercial proposals
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions
• Coordinate with design, production, and service teams for order execution
• Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and order finalization
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities
• Prepare sales reports, MIS, and customer visit reports

Skills & Requirements

• Good technical knowledge of manufacturing products/processes
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and basic documentation
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits
• Customer-focused with problem-solving approach

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in B2B technical sales in a manufacturing environment
• Basic understanding of costing, pricing, and commercial terms
