Job Description - Lead Generation Follow-ups - Regular follow-up on sales leads and inquiries - Analyzing client requirements and consulting with the Development/Production team for cost estimation - Designing and preparing price estimations for complete system solutions, including Engineering, Bought-outs, Installation, and Commissioning - Handling inbound RFQs, gathering technical and commercial requirements - Making proactive calls to potential and existing customers for sales development - Responsible for providing suitable solutions that meet customer requirements - Assisting customers with technical queries in coordination with the internal technical support team - Preparing accurate quotations, including proofreading and verification - Coordinating with internal teams such as Production, Development, Logistics, and Accounts for seamless end-to-end execution - Preparing pricing strategies to enhance customer retention, sales growth, and profitability - Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships - Staying up-to-date with product and solution developments within the company - Gathering and analyzing market trends and competitor data Additional Responsibilities - Client Closing - Working on converting leads into successful sales closures - Client Visits - Scheduling and conducting site/customer visits for better engagement and understanding - Social Media Marketing - Supporting online promotional campaigns, content sharing, and lead nurturing via digital platforms Desired Candidate Profile - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients - Team player with a positive attitude and multitasking ability - Strong analytical and negotiation skills - Candidates with a technical background (Electrical, E&TC, Instrumentation) will be preferred - Proficiency in Office Suits, word process, spreadsheet & presentation - Self-motivated and target-driven Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid sick time Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 75% (Required) Work Location: In person
