We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with sales experience, enabling them to effectively support our sales team and provide tailored solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Support the sales team in preparing proposals and responding to RFPs by providing technical expertise.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and product developments to effectively position offerings.
• Assist in the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in a technical sales or engineering role.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in product knowledge related to the industry, including software and hardware solutions.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about customer needs and solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
