About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales professional to play a key role in expanding our business in Vapi. This is a high-impact, field-based role where you'll lead customer engagements, identify new opportunities, and drive business development.

As a vital member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for building strategic relationships, providing technical expertise, and influencing customer decisions through effective field interactions and consultative selling.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead field visits and actively engage with key decision-makers to generate new inquiries and build long-term relationships

  • Strategically analyze customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions that align with their business goals

  • Present company capabilities and products confidently to diverse stakeholders, driving awareness and trust

  • Prepare, negotiate, and close proposals in collaboration with customers and internal teams

  • Coordinate seamlessly with manufacturers and partners to ensure smooth order processing and execution

  • Identify and pursue opportunities through market research and e-tender portals, contributing to strategic growth

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing technical guidance and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering

  • 2–8 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, with a proven track record of delivering results

  • Strong customer relationship management skills and consultative selling approach

  • Ability to independently manage client accounts and influence buying decisions

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools

  • Comfortable working autonomously while aligning with broader organizational goals
