Role & responsibilities : Sales of Gas Detection and Analyser systems solutions Maintaining excellent rapport with existing customers and fulfilling their project requirements in a timely manner. Identity new customers for business development. Preferred candidate profile : Candidates with B. Tech. / B.E. / ITI / Diploma degree in Instrumentation / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic. Candidates having a flair to proactively engage with customers for follow up on active sales leads and opportunities. Proficient in English, Hindi, Malayalam and Tamil is preferred.

Job Description Read manufacturers manuals, circuit diagrams. Preventive checks of Machine safety interlockings Verify the operation of instruments and systems. Repair and adjust system components or remove and replace defective parts. Perform maintenance work and draft maintenance reports. Install measuring and control instruments. Consult and advise industrial process operators. Designing, laying out and preparing sketches for information and control systems. Estimating materials, parts, and equipment to complete assignments. Reading and interpreting meters, gauges, charts, and a Calibration of instruments and preparing calibration certificates. Knowledge of Word and Excel. Knowledge of 5S and Ex Zone safeties. Knowledge of Ex Zone safeties. Knowledge of permit to work system Knowledge of CMMS Knowledge of low voltage control system Knowledge of basic IT & communication devices. Calibration of flow meter, level transmitter, weighing scale, loadcell , pressure transmitter ,temperature transmitter, etc. Key words : PLC, SCADA, flow meter, level transmitter, weighing scale, loadcell , pressure transmitter ,temperature transmitter.

Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Preparation and implementation of execution schedule for Instrumentation works. 2. Daily work progress report preparation and sharing to site in charge. 3. Automation panel and line drawings review and implementation at site. 4. Required material indenting based on project requirement. 5. Installation and commissioning of Automation System . 6. Installation and commissioning of all field instruments such as Temperature sensor transmitter, Pressure transmitter, Level Transmitter, Flow . 7. Installation and commissioning of Weighing balance, reactor load cell systems. 8. Knowledge on working principle of field instruments such as Temperature sensors, Level transmitters, Flow meters, Pressure transmitters, control valves , pneumatic valves, transmitters, gauges etc(not limited to). 9. Trouble shooting of field instruments. 10. Preparation of Schedule such as Instrument index, Instrument IO list, Preparation of instruments BOQs. 11. Knowledge on guidelines such GMP, EU (not limited to). 12. Knowledge on P&ID , layouts lookup. 13. Qualification of equipment (IQ, DQ, OQ, PQ documentation). 14. Should follow site safety rules strictly. 15. Should perform safety toolbox talk daily on-site related activities. 16. Preparation of daily toolbox talk schedule and Implementation. NOTE : Should Have Experience in Pharma Industry in API
