Develop and implement sales strategies. • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth • Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support. • Set performance metrics and conduct regular performance evaluations. • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budgets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. • Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. • Conduct training sessions to enhance the team’s selling skills and product knowledge. • Foster a positive and motivating sales culture. • Analyse sales data and prepare reports for senior management. • Use insights from data to make informed decisions and improve sales processes. • Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align efforts. • Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure cohesive strategies. • Manage the sales department budget, ensuring cost-effective operations. • Evaluate the ROI of various sales initiatives. • Identify areas for improvement in the sales process and implement solutions. • Encourage innovative approaches to sales and customer engagement. • Develop strategies for retaining top sales talent.• Prior experience in pharmaceutical equipment sales or related industries is preferred.
