Position Required : Electrical and Automation Engineer Designation : Manager Experience : 8-10 Job Description Detailed knowledge of PLC automation software of Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Allen Bradly. Excellent knowledge of SCADA ,HMI & 21 CFR process Understand the electrical or mechanical Drawings to demonstrate how processes will work. Developing and installing machine programs using automation software and custom coding languages. Determining machine automation test criteria before the final installation. Analyse and troubleshoot existing PLC systems to identify and resolve issues, improve performance, and enhance reliability. Implement upgrades and modifications to existing systems to meet evolving business needs and technological advancements. Manage the budget for PLC programming projects, including resource allocation, cost estimation, and expense tracking. Identify and procure necessary tools, equipment, and software to support programming activities. Manage and mentor a team of PLC programmers, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations. Lead the design and implementation of PLC programs for various automation systems, including but not limited to manufacturing processes, machinery, and control systems.
