Position: Sales Manager ( Pharma Machinery Sales)Company: Schematic Engineering Industries Pvt LtdLocation: Jeedimetla, HyderabadExperience: 12 – 15 years🎓 Requirements:* Mechanical / Chemical engineer Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement export sales strategies in alignment with company objectives.• Identify, engage, and manage international distributors, agents, and key accounts in target countries.• Define and map out territories in new and existing international markets.• Build strong relationships with clients through in-person meetings, virtual communication, and regular follow-ups.• Travel overseas regularly to call directly on clients, attend trade shows, and develop new business opportunities.• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activities, and customer needs in various regions.• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with international partners and distributors.• Monitor and ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation requirements.• Collaborate with internal departments including logistics, production, marketing, and finance to ensure smooth execution of export orders.• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations for management review.Experience in pharmaceutical equipment manufacturing. Any pharmaceutical engineering experience like API equipment’s, Formulation equipment’s or injectable equipment’s.
