Sales Engineer

We are seeking dynamic and driven Sales Engineers to join our expanding team for JCB machine sales. This position offers opportunities for both freshers looking to kickstart their sales careers and experienced professionals aiming for growth in the construction equipment industry. As a Sales Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include developing and managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting the complete range of JCB products within your designated territory. You will be expected to: - Promote and sell JCB construction equipment, such as Backhoe Loaders and Excavators, to customers in the assigned area - Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, and market research - Provide technical assistance and product demonstrations to potential customers - Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure after-sales support - Prepare and present quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales deals - Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge - Coordinate with service and finance teams for the smooth execution of deals Requirements: - Education: Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile / Civil Engineering or related field - Experience: - Freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply - Experienced candidates (with at least 15 years) in sales of construction equipment, automobiles, or related industries will be given preference - Strong interest in field sales and customer relationship management - Good negotiation, communication, and presentation skills - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory - Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.) This is a Full-time, Permanent position suitable for Fresher candidates.
