  • Working Days:- 6 , sunday off

  • Work Timings:- 9 to 5.30

  • Please note there are 3 rounds of interview, first 2 is a virtual round and for the final round and the initial 15 days training you will have to travel to Pune( head office), travel reimbursement will be done by the company, is this fine for you

Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Junior Sales Engineer to join our Chennai team. The role involves promoting and selling coating, dispensing, and surface preparation equipment to general engineering companies, contractors, and automotive customers. Candidates with a technical mindset, interest in industrial sales, and a willingness to learn both sales and basic service activities are ideal for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and develop business with engineering companies, fabrication units, contractors, and automotive customers.
  • Promote VR Coatings range of dispensing, coating, and surface treatment equipment.
  • Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
  • Coordinate product demonstrations, basic installations, and service support with the technical team.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and support in order closures.
  • Maintain records of visits, inquiries, and follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with the Pune Head Office and local dealers for order processing and technical support.
  • Stay updated with basic trends in coating, dispensing, and maintenance practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering (or related field).
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in industrial product sales or service preferred.
  • Exposure to painting, coating, or dispensing systems will be an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical or fluid equipment service will be beneficial.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and willing to travel within the region.
