Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and technically competent Sales Engineer to drive business development, solution selling, and client relationship management for elevators/lifts and pumping systems (water, booster, HVAC, and heat pumps). The role requires a mix of technical knowledge and sales acumen to identify client needs, recommend suitable solutions, and achieve sales targets.

 

Key Responsibilities


Business Development & Sales


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the building, infrastructure, industrial, and residential sectors.
  • Should be able to convert leads sourced from online/offline marketing.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical & commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales profitably.
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure market penetration for elevators and pump systems.


Technical Consultation & Solution Design

• Understand client requirements and propose the right lift/elevator or pump solution.

• Work closely with design, estimation, and technical teams to prepare proposals and project plans.

• Demonstrate technical product features, benefits, and applications to clients (consultants, contractors, architects, and facility managers).

• Stay updated on latest technologies in elevator systems, water pumps, heat pumps, and HVAC solutions.


Client & Project Coordination


• Maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, builders, OEMs, and end clients. • Coordinate with project execution/service teams for smooth installation and handover.

• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.


Qualifications & Skills


  • Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related engineering discipline.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in sales/business development of elevators (Mandatory) , pumps, HVAC systems. 


Technical Knowledge:


  • Elevators (traction, hydraulic, MRL)
  • Pumping systems (booster, submersible, HVAC pumps, heat pumps)
  • Understanding of flow rates, head calculations, load handling, and energy efficiency


Sales Skills:


  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets.

Work Environment:

  • Involves both desk and Field-oriented role requiring travel within the assigned region.
  • Regular client meetings, site visits, and participation in industry events.
  • 9:30 AM– 6:30 PM- Mon to Saturday working
  • Office Location – Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad
